All Latens products are made to order.

We make every effort to display colours and product details accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

  • Slight variations in print placement or tone may occur due to the production process.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

A contract is formed only when you receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • There is a pricing or technical error

  • The order appears fraudulent or abusive

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP, EUR, or USD, depending on your selected region.

The total amount payable is shown before payment. No hidden fees.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Risk

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Delivery times and delivery regions are shown before payment and are governed by our Shipping Policy. Where free shipping is shown on the product page or at checkout, it applies automatically.

If free shipping is not applied automatically, please contact us at hello@latens.space before ordering.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

We accept returns of unworn items in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

Payments and certain services may be processed by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.
