Yes. Each Latens garment is produced individually after your order is placed.
This made-to-order approach reduces unnecessary waste and allows us to maintain consistent quality across every piece.
What if I choose the wrong size?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if the fit is not right.
We cover return postage for all orders.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in good condition.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering, as each piece is made to order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders within the United Kingdom are produced and shipped from the UK.
How long does delivery take?
