How to Request a Return
Email hello@latens.space within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.
Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
We cover return postage for all orders.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always resolved at no additional cost to you. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. In most cases, a return will not be required.
Made to Order
Each Latens piece is produced individually at the time of your order. This made-to-order approach allows us to minimise waste and create responsibly.
To permanently eliminate fast-fashion waste, your garment is precision-printed to order in the UK. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our technicians to craft your piece before it is dispatched.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unworn and returned in good condition.
We recommend reviewing the size guide before purchasing. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you choose the right size.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 days.
Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
