Latens operates as an independent, conceptual design studio.
To avoid overproduction and reduce waste, each piece is made to order.

We partner with specialised, ethical Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing facilities in the United Kingdom.
Every garment is printed and fulfilled individually when an order is placed.

This approach ensures responsible production, minimises excess inventory, and maintains the precision and quality of each piece.

The Founder

Latens was founded in Oxfordshire by an AI engineer and lifelong student of psychology, art, and human complexity.

After years building machine learning systems that search for hidden structure beneath data, a question emerged:

What if we applied the same principle to ourselves?

In artificial intelligence, latent space is where meaning is compressed.
Where structure hides beneath noise.
Where deep patterns are discovered.

This brand was born from that idea.
